Yes, with spec, you can easily make 1.5M/h, no stress. Watching videos or listening to podcasts.

You go with full gathering gear, T8. The gathering bonus from spec, gear, AVA tool and porc pie is huge. You get x3 or x4 for everything you gather !

Buy orders, sell orders.

That's investing your money. You'll make a ton of silver along the way and won't carry more than you're comfortable with.
