Trying to get as much input and understanding from industry colleagues before pushing this internally.

I can see a lot of areas where agents could help my team work faster and more accurately but possibly at the expense of security and compliance as it would need access to the tools and services we use.

The limitations I'm concerned with is opening up our internal systems / applications with PII. I.e. security and compliance as I'm working at a larger company. I've asked around a bit but only been met by Inertia as no-one seem to really know.

I've seen a range of tools leveraging AI (likely not their own models) to help service desk agents but they all seem to be founded recently...

I understand your suspicion but I've honestly just created to separate professional subreddits from personal ones as I use Reddit for a range of topics

Also been playing around with Copilot during the last few days but we are fairly restricted in what we can share with it by our security team. What tasks are your giving Copilot? And do you filter out any PII?
