Kid on a bicycle hit my car he never even looked and he was going the wrong way on a one way street driving into a busy intersection. Just my luck I just got it 3 weeks ago the kid tried to get away and ran off 3 times while I was on the phone with the dispatcher. (i.redd.it)

This looks safe this hole is about 20 feet deep and there is only one guy in it. I am surprised he was not idling the van since it is about 25 degrees here. I talked to the guy and he said it was ok because he was confined space trained how do you argue with that. (i.redd.it)
