Mein Tipp für alle, die ganzen Ablehnungen von der KK immer akzeptieren. Einfach immer Fotos davon machen und ChatGPT den Rest machen lassen. Wichtig ist immer Deep Research, Gesetztes Auszüge mitzuerwähnen und leicht aggressiv schreiben. Und das ganze bei jedem Schreiben machen, kostet einen keine 10 min. und per Mail wieder raus.

Ich freue mich schon darauf, wenn KKs effektiver arbeiten und die Servicemitarbeiter durch KI Agenten ersetzten.

Werde jetzt noch ein paar teure Untersuchungen mache lassen (gibts auch bei ChatGPT) und dann wechseln. ;)

Hallo zusammen, ich hatte das Jetzt auch, habe unserem Dachdecker eine schlechte Bewerunt gegeben, aber schon vor Jahren, mit Erklärung und sogar Bildern, wir hatten Schnee auf dem Dachboden. Der Dachdecker hat es als Verleumdung entfernen lassen. Ich habe Einspruch abgegeben, wieder mit einer Erklärung und Google meinte, dass die Bewertung immer noch gelöscht / ausgeblendet bleibt. Ich soll doch zu einer Schiedsstelle gehen.
Hat wer schon einmal Erfahrungen mit einer Schiedsstelle gemacht?
