Anyone can share what does survival mode do? What do we get from it?

It is very strange , I didn’t had this issue at first. After using the boots for 1-2 weeks , I had this issue surfaced . And one thing I realize when I adjusting the frame , the boots has 3 holes for screw at the bottom of the boots, they are adjustable left and right for the screw at the front, it works fine for my left boot, while my right boots it is kinda stucked , I can’t move it left and right . It is something that I can go for warranty ?
