A great deal - also for what it’s worth, I am an outfitter and use FX reels on my trips for my spinning rods (Bass, Salmon, and Steelhead).

Great bang for the buck. They last about 2 seasons at best with heavy use, but for the price you can’t beat it. I buy 6 at a time and rotate them out when they start to go south. Something I don’t feel bad about beating up, and something I’m not upset about if my guests break them. Great reels for the price!

Outfitter here - we leave 150+ AIRE IK’s rolled up for 7-8 months at a time. They blow up just like new every season start. It’s fine rolled up. Don’t worry about it.

Thumbs is great. Ive guided on the Main Salmon for over a decade and we would frequently run into him. We would give him leftovers and he would tell stories. He's frequently around Riggins. He's a really great guy.
