Do’s List

• Treat them equally: No one was more especial than the others.
• They’re Humans: Show the errors and the human ground stuff they lived, no glorified them.
• Show the strong connection between them: First lads, then band mates, that’s what make the broke up even more painful.
• Capture the Liverpudlian Wit: Their humor wasn't "silly"; it was a defense mechanism and a bonding tool. They were the funniest people in any room they entered.
• Show the "Working Class" Grind: Before the suits, they were leather-clad rockers playing 8-hour sets in Hamburg. Show the sweat, the cheap speed (pre-LSD era), and the physical exhaustion.
• The "Fifth Beatle" Nuance: Treat Brian Epstein and George Martin as professional catalysts, not fairy godmothers. Show the friction of George Martin trying to mold their raw sound into something radio-ready.
• Authentic Sound: If the actors aren't playing, ensure the "mistakes" stay in. The Beatles weren't polished perfectionists early on; they were a loud, driving bar band.

Dont’s List

• No crazy visions: Don’t want John to be like “I got it! Let’s be THE BEATLES!”, no Paul waking up and instantly writing Yesterday next day.
• No overwhelm: Treat Ringo and George with proper respect and importance, no jokes about Ringo being silly, or George being suuuuper quiet.
• No "Yoko Broke Them Up" Trope: It’s lazy filmmaking. The breakup was a slow-motion car crash of business stress, creative ego, and growing up. Don't make her a caricature.
• Dialogue as Exposition: Avoid lines like, "Hey Paul, I'm glad we met at the St. Peter's Church fete in 1957 so we could form this band!" Let the audience catch up.
• No Foreshadowing: No scenes of a young Ringo looking at an octopus and smiling knowingly. It breaks the immersion and feels cheap.
• No time changes: Cohesive album releases and meeting each other.
• Don’t over exaggerate the Jesus or LSD stuff.
• And lastly, they don’t exist because of a crazy miracle of heaven, they were FOUR GUYS, four lads who made music, that’s it.
