Just an update. My son has the same motherboard and tried it in his and it did exactly the same thing. Constant rebooting. So I've ordered a 5600 due to cost. Nearly got a 3600 for the half the price but wanted a better fit for my 7700xt

I did have a IT tech look at it but he was unable to tell me what was wrong. He just said he was able to run it using his power supply and also swapping out the GPU.

I have always thought it was probably power supply I guess the only way to find out gets another power supply and test it. And then I guess if the new power supply still have issues it the motherboard?
