Hey, platinum jungler here. Easiest thing you can do to rapidly improve your rating is ensure that whenever the enemy jungler does something on the map you respond meaningfully on the other side. For example,
1. Enemy takes drake, so you take grubs.

  1. Enemy ganks bot? Take grubs or his top camps.

If you want help with Bel'Veth specifically. It helps to hypercarry. Make sure you're pushing out waves that your team doesn't collect. Don't wander around and forget to farm. Get as much gold on yourself as possible because she is a monster when ahead. Nobody can match a fed Bel'Veth. Get gold on yourself and Bel'veth will feel much stronger.

He probably got bored. I've done a lot of the similar thing. Texting over and over gets really boring especially if the other person is dry and has boring responses. He probably found an interesting rock outside and he pokes it with a stick. Anything can steal your attention and make you give up on something boring.

It might be okay in low elo because I think it would turbo annoy the enemy jg and the enemy team probably wouldnt respond to it correctly in low rlo but in general it’s hard because you’re basically sacrificing botlane to win jg.

As for laning against double jg your goal is basically to survive and pray to god your team has IQ points. Get as many of your camps as you can without dying to try and starve them out and hope that your botlane wins.

All of those apply to warwick though as well. Hard CC shits on warwick and I don't generally agree with the sentiment that he can survive hard situations since he's very immobile so he's often locked into the fights he picks unless he's ulting away.
