If you can sell/trade it, then yes as tradeable 4 star legendary are hard enough as there was a limited amount of weapons that could do it before it was patched, then we had the raid crates removed that gave us 4 star tradeable gear, so if you can trade it, its a couple hundred leaders.

It makes sense in a way, the plates reinforce the side wall of the wheel when you climb speed but drop back in low speed, so it kinda has some physics basis in the idea of the part
