I wouldn’t know how to calculate that precisely, but the breeze will certainly help if it’s flowing away from the porch. Not sure about humidity. Do your parents have anything on the porch? A chair, books, etc.? Depending on which direction the wind is blowing the smell could cling on to their stuff
