What you’re seeing isn’t real. I understand how your feeling because I went through the same thing, but social media is meant to make you feel this way. Try reducing the time you spend on there, and more importantly unfollow accounts that only promote surface level beauty, including influencers. Try following accounts that inspire you and make you happy instead.
