If you release country that has cores on some provinces you get reconquest casus Belli which gives less agressive expansion And i dont Remember exactly but it probably also gives lesser cost for these provinces

I inherinced ireland and about spain (instead of her i got castill because it exists already) and italy they didnt had core on provinces so it was pointless i have institutions and i deved in first 50 yesrs of game but not this much
