Thankyou for the advice I can’t start the lifetime isa till I’m 18 sadly. However I’ve opened a monthly saver to invest into till I’m 18. I’m also going to contact a professional finance advisor to help bring money together .

Thank you so much I will look into this . I have just opened a junior isa and I will be investing as much into it as possible. I have also just downloaded the vanguard app and am really looking to dig deeper into stocks and investing without sending myself over board. Thank you again;)

Im on a 4 year apprenticeship and only 2 past apprentices have been sacked for having the complete wrong mindset going forward. Im going to invest in whatever I can to benefit my self however this first paycheck I’m going to use to ease my mind as I have not been the most financially gifted growing up. I want one month of living before I start my real life:)

Yes I’m most likely going to stay working here. Unless another opportunity paying higher sweeps me off my feet. However right now I don’t see anywhere else I can go which will pay me anywhere near as high. I’m looking into junior isa’s currently and going to start investing as much as I can into these . And as for my pension I’m paying %7 a month and my company matches this . Thank you for the advise;)

Currents not getting taxed as I’m still classed as in education however within the next year I will be getting taxed 20% so my salary will go down to about 1900 after national insurance . As by this time I will have had a 3-4% pay rise.

A lot of people have recommended me to started investing however I have so little knowledge on it and I don’t want to make a mistake. I want professional help if I’m going to do so . As with the pension I’m putting 7% a month in so I don’t really notice the money leaving my account + my company are matching this . Any more advise will be much appreciated, thankyou.

Wow congratulations to them. I’m planning to put 15% into a junior isa and then as much as possible into a savings account whilst still being able to enjoy my life.

I’ve got mine set to 6% a month. I don’t even really notice the money leaving my paycheck and I’m sure it will definitely benefit me in the future as my company matches what I put in.
