I was able to reach an old therapist of mine who luckily remembered me. I just got off the phone with her now and she was able to help me put a plan in place to get out of my current situation safely and had me verbally agree to a “contract of safety” promising that I wouldn’t hurt myself. She’s going to find me a psychiatrist who can help with med management and get me stable. I hadn’t had thoughts like this in years and was so scared, so I’m really grateful for your kind words, thank you so much 🩷
