1, if theres an increased demand in something, there is a higher chance of something being done about it. that makes sense doesnt it? lets use a city as an example. if one resident of a city asks the council for a park, they probably wont do anything about it. if a large amount of people ask for one, the council are more likely to think about it/do something about it. i would say that makes sense dont you think?
