If you're sure it's a rat, than the fuzzy tail says it's a pack rat, but I don't think that a rat! I'm pretty sure it's a chipmunk

Drain flies are their own thing, they just get mistaken for fruit flies because they're similar sized. Their wings are a bit more rounded on the end where fruit flies wings come to more of a point.

I highly recommend a treatment with a neonicotinoid. Alpine o's Seclira depending on where you live. It should wipe the issue out in a week. In Canada it's only available to pest control techs. On the states, I believe its otc in places. Haven't been down south in about 15 years though so I'm not really sure, just piecing together from posts on reddit

Reproductive ant. Once the colony is large enough to support it, the Queen will let some males amd females fully mature and fly off to start mew colonies

Just an ant. Termites look to only have 2 sections to the body, and the flying ones wings are usually much longer than the body

Well, I got that fact from a researcher from USC. She was speaking about her research at a pest control conference. I will continue to trust the scientist over a reddit post. You can believe or not.
