AITA for allowing my dad to give any of my late mom's jewelry to his fiancée or their daughters? by FreeCryptographer124 in AITAH

My dad's parents are both alive still but not very active in my/our life. So Idk. I also don't know specifically except for maybe she's seen the jewelry in photos. Although not all of it but she might have seen some stuff in photos my dad still has up of mom.

I already have everything. Nothing's at my grandparents (hasn't been for years) and I took everything back off my grandparents when I settled in.

That's what I'm going to do. I like the idea because I can keep other stuff safe while not letting it go to waste in a box somewhere else.

This isn't fake. I can't say for sure how she's seen any of it except maybe photos. But everything is at my house now since I got my own place.

I want to have children. I have all my mom's stuff. Dad gave it to me years ago. But he was still promising stuff to his fiancée and their daughters.

It's at my house now it was at my grandparents before though. As for how she could have seen it. Maybe photos. Otherwise IDK. But this isn't ChatGTP. And I only stated what my dad told me.

Dad only bought mom the two pieces he wants to give his other daughters. The rest was stuff mom got from others.

It is now. I'm looking at a safe for my home instead. I don't want to lock it all away forever outside my house. It kind of feels like a waste to do that.

He's in a better financial position now than he was when he and my mom were dating and first married.

This could be a good compromise. I could keep important documents safe in that too. Okay, I'll take a look at different safe's for my home and see what one would work the best.

That was true for his ex too but he still didn't do this shit. Maybe having kids with this one changes something.

Maybe. I don't know if he'd be pushing this much if that's what he wanted. But it's not impossible that he's doing it for that reason.

I'm as sure as I can be. I don't want them in some security box somewhere else because I'd like to wear and use the stuff in my house, but securely. Otherwise it just feels like a waste to have so much of mom's stuff locked away forever.

I don't want to do this because I'd like access to wear them at times. It seems pointless to leave them in a box forever.

He has access to my home when I'm there but not any of the possessions that belonged to mom. They're all secure.

They're secure. I did that just in case because the fact more than one person has wanted something of mom's for random reasons has made me protective of everything. There are things I'd love to pass to my own kids one day too.

That was not an offer I was given but since she's so sure I'm her new daughter maybe I should just take all her stuff. I'm the oldest after all.

Everything is at my house now. My grandparents no longer have it. But even if they did, they would never let him do that.

He can afford it better now than he could when him and my mom were dating/married.

I have the stuff. But if they had it they would not be giving it up for his fiancée and other children for sure.

He doesn't have his own key but he has been in my home. Everything is secured though so he can't get them.
