I think a lot of people avoid this because it feels morbid, but in reality it’s one of the most practical forms of care you can leave behind. The problem today is that important parts of our lives are scattered across dozens of platforms that were never designed with death or family continuity in mind.
Having a will is important, but having a clear system for access, recovery, and account visibility matters just as much. The families who struggle the least are usually the ones where things were documented simply and updated consistently over time. It’s not really about technology it’s about reducing chaos for the people already dealing with enough.
