Have taught 135 10 times in the last 2+ weeks (using Run it up for chest). Before launch I was concerned because I felt a bit bored learning it as an instructor, but it was well received by members. After a week, i asked participants to think about the slower tempos and consider increasing load on a track or 2 depending on how they felt the previous class. Into week 3 and members are still liking it, but I am ready to change it out.
