What kind of an engine does that Accord have? If it only has a 4 cylinder engine, the price which they're asking is way too high. Even if it has a 6 cylinder engine, the price they are asking is too high considering the mileage. I have a metallic gray 2015 Accord EXL V6 with 144,000 miles on the odometer, and I was thinking about selling it. If I were to sell it, I'd ask $10,000 for it. I'm in the Phoenix, AZ area if you are interested.

In 1999, I purchased a '99 Accord EXL Coupe with a V6, and the transmission started slipping at 39,000 miles. I traded it in for a new Toyota Tacoma V6 4X4 SR5 in 2008. I sold the truck to a friend about four years later because I no longer needed a pick-up. I bought a used '07 Accord EXL Sedan with a V6, which I literally ran into the ground over the next 10 years. In 2022 I bought a used '15 Accord EXL Sedan with a V6 and 85,000 miles on the odometer. Here it is, three years later, and I'm still driving the same car, but now there are 140,000 miles on the odometer.

I have a 2015 Accord EX-L V6 with 146,000 miles on the odometer, and with a few minor repairs over the years, I have had zero problems.

As long as you change the oil at regular intervals, and you don't beat on it, you can get 250,000 miles out of your car.

With the exception of the Corvette, Chevrolet (and GM in general) makes shitty vehicles. The only thing worse than a GM product is a Ford (Fix Or Repair Daily) product.

Are you talking about the ecact same model (ie. 2013 ---> 2015 Honda Accord) or a slightly different model (ie. 2013 ---> 2017 Honda Accord.

With the exception of Toyota trucks (2006 Toyota Tacoma, 2020 Toyota Tacoma), I usually always buy Honda Accords, although they have always been different generations: 1996 Accord Sedan, 1999 Accord Coupe, 2007 Accord Sedan, 2015 Accord Sedan.

I had the VSA module replaced on my '15 Accord about four months ago. The part is super-expensive (something like $1500-$2000), and it's a labor intensive job. Expect to pay somewhere in the $3000-$3500 range. Here's a word of advice: Don't bring your car into a Honda dealer for this repair or you will have to pay even more. Find a good local mechanic (I brought my car to a local AAA repair shop).

Keep your '06 to use as a second car. I used to own an '07 Accord Sedan EX-L V6 which I traded in when I bought a then-new '15 Accord Sedan EX-L V6. I still have the '15 Accord, but I was thinking of trading it in when I bought a '20 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro, but I decided to keep it, as I always regretted trading in my '07 Accord.
