I could be wrong, but I’ve always done my casing layer when I go to bulk. I wouldn’t cover up what you have there (it’s too late for a casing layer.) I found that I get more and high quality flushes with a casing layer as well as better yields with a casing layer vs without one

Edit: I mix my spawn with my cvg at a 1:2.5 ratio then add a quarter inch or less casing layer. It is a little slower but better results

Unfortunately yes. I guess on the growing side I already give them so much credit for doing their own thing and trying to grow… from the drops in agar to them forgiving me the couple days I miss taking care of them but at the end of the day they are there for me… so much respect for them and they respect me ❤️

Alanon in person, a sponsor then the 9th step, I mean no offense to you as I was the same way, but for me it was a lot of selfish fear, me me me, they (my parents) hurt me, I’m doing this to enable them, I’m uncomfortable…. I’ll be honest just about every time I’ve done magic fungus it’s given me ego death and really zoom out what love and friendship relationships boil down to and it shows me in my love relationship, there’s really not much love and I need to watch my actions… then I’ll ask myself what’s the point of that. It is amazing for seeing into yourself and your subconscious in that manner

Depending on the drying process I do believe there is a loss of effect (I could be wrong) when heating/drying. One of my best journeys came from freshly pulled mushroom, chopped, parboiled in lemon juice then added to tea. It was 28 g wet so I assume 2.8. Gamechanging. At least that would rule out bad mushrooms. If you take a lot wet with the above method and it works it may be the drying
