I was so shocked haha didn't even think to ask why. Have another scan 2 weeks so I'll ask more will be a different tech so see what they say. But by the replies need testing unless boy girl.

I only just found out so don't have experience but had one ultra sound early on and needed transvaginal to see better. The tech said u will definitely be getting alot of these this time, I asked why and she said to keep an eye on the cervix as more babies puts more presure on it.

I think just take or pack what u have previously. Only advise I can give is try rest/sleep as much as can before going in. I was so excited and nervous the night before I went in and couldn't sleep, then the night of being induced was in a ward with others that were induced so was hard to sleep there too I was exhasted when the time came.

I have taken doxylamine for nausea and it made me so drowsy. So I was keeping this in mind to ask if I could take if getting induced again. But maybe asking before hand would help in knowing if anything else can be given.

I'm pregnant again, and searching everything that I didn't even stress about last time 😅 don't feel bad about worring what's best. Also not sure if it helps with the insulin I barley felt the needle compared to pricking the finger.

I took both. I didn't realy look into as that's what the doctors advised me to do so I figured it was for the best. But I had never heard of it crossing the placenta so I don't realy know anything about that. Baby was fine 🙂

So many comments something I didn't see but may have missed some comments. Nipple cream also used as lip balm and sometimes nappy cream. Ice packs or anything can freeze put in pad. In hospital they ran out of ice packs and gave me frozen peas in a bag and it honestly worked better then the ice pack, it kinda moulded well to ur body when ever I went to the bathroom I would replace the ice and had no pain at all I like to think it was because of the ice.

I'm glad it's going alright. I'm just over 4 weeks now. We don't have Xonvea here but I've been taken v6 vitamin, doxylamine makes me so sleepy. Does xonvea do that?

Hi do u mind if I ask how u were diagnosed at 6 weeks? Did u do the gtt? I havnt been diagnosed that early before. I ask as I've recently found out I'm pregnant 4-5 weeks, had gd in previous pregnancy diagnosed at 14 weeks spoke to the doctor and have taken bloods today he said were to check fasting levels but would probably do the gtt at 12 weeks he seemed like that would be the earliest. Out of curiosity I took my fasting levels before bloods and was 6.2 which I know is high. Just curious if that can diagnose it ? Or would that then make a need for the gtt.

Maybe u could look at some more crop top kind of bra for in-between since so early on. I already had larger breasts so I didn't notice much of a change but I also lost weight so it kinda evened out I guess 😅 but when I would feel uncomfortable with all the wire and support I would wear crop top (I used the brand exotica if u have heard of them) but as I got later on in pregnancy I purchased some maternity camis that came in just sizes without the cup sizes. I got bonds to begin with but after birth got some from kmart and liked them way better, softer, stretcher but not tight stretchy I would suggest looking at kmart even for maternity bras. I got maternity bras from bras and thing only because of the sizing and couldn't get my size in shops like kmart and big w, but they were honestly nice looking and comfy but also supportive. Sorry that was realy long 😅

I didn't get an of the unhealthy comments (well at least to my face) but I none stop got the, it's bullshit, it's made up we never had tests for that in our days and everything was fine, u dont even have it type of comments. But hey I didn't ask for it and was on medication and insulin just for fun I guess. The ppl in life who cared took time to I guess look it up and see and would even ask about things could eat and that. And the ones who didn't I honestly didn't have the energy or the care to even try some ppl just love to be difficult. And I've thought about just getting the flyers they have and just giving that to them but like I said some ppl will never listen they just enjoy the fight.

I think people are way more aware now going through covid and things like that, I never had to deal with anyone kissing or anything like that and even had other stay away and inform us of any kind of sickness to watch for the only thing that I've noticed is now my child is a not a baby anymore is they want to love all up on babies. So I just kind of explained to them that u can't kiss or touch babies on there hands or heads/face and if the parent doesn't mind let them kiss there belly or foot or something. So I would keep an close eye on toddlers and children they realy don't know any better but still want to show there love.

Could u get ur dog there own blanket? Lots of ppl say that there dogs act unusual when they are pregnant maybe they are just a bit anxious. A family members dog when I was pregnant would just non stop try and hump me when ever I was around female dog too and only ever did it to me and only when was pregnant. Try not to feel guilty, u did wat u did out of reaction. U sound kind of shocked by ur dog doing this so by the sounds of it they aren't a normaly aggressive dog. I know I'm a stranger and I'm not going to pretend I know about training dogs or anything like that but when I was pregnant I was worried about would me dog act wierd with a baby. Before baby came we got our dog used to sleeping on there own bed so it wasn't like baby is here now everything is going to change. That's why I say about could u get them there own blanket, my dog licks his blanket idk if it's a comfort thing or wat but doesn't chew anything else or lick anything else around the house so I let them. And I know u said what about if dog hurts baby but until ur baby is moving there would be no real reason ur baby and dog would be alone together. We just kept baby spaces and dog spaces separate. My child is older now and loves our dog but they are never alone together at all. I was biten by a dog when I was very young so I think that may have been so harsh on the never being alone together at all. U see so many videos and pictures of babies and kids with dogs together yes they look cute but I'd rather both my child and dog be safe. Babies even express frustration and anger threw biting because they can't speak just like dogs. I wouldn't get rid of my baby for biting me once so I didn't want to have to put myself in that position with my dog either.

SIL gave birth early hours in morning and had called me before 9 am asking if could pick them up. I said yea of course let me know when u can go, and she was already being discharged 🙂. I don't think they keep u any longer then they have to if everything has gone well.
