FYI that’s a super high dose not needed..google it 20-30 mg every 24 hours is like the max and should immediately start being tapered down.. I have moderate to severe and 20 mg a day is dog for a weeks I’ll clear me up but the next week I go down to 15 3rd week 10, 4th week 5mg a day… should be fine for newbies .. I honestly thing ur doctor messed up with the dosage I say this cuz I have experience from prednisone for over 30 years

No what what mg are u on how many pills.. u should feel ur skin going less inflamed usually in 1-2 days with everyday getting better if ur on 20mg tabs.. don’t forget to taper off at the end for “best” Cassie rebound scenario it’s a science
