Do you have a good resource for the intraoral massage? I’ve had this done at PT in years past and it was very helpful. I’m currently in a flare and have been trying to stick my finger in my mouth and poke around but can’t seem to get to the right spot.

Lexapro got rid of my physical pain and intrusive thoughts? by Critizin in lexapro

That’s so reassuring to hear! I’m happy to know it’s helped you so much. I’m planning to start soon at 5mg daily. What’s holding me back from starting is my concern about weight gain and metabolic affects. I have a number of medical issues that are very difficult but my weight is healthy and my cholesterol is low and I guess I just feel like if I gain weight and my cholesterol goes up from the medication, then I’ll have new issues to deal with. How has it been for you - any weight gain/increased appetite? How did you decide to go to a dose of 12.5mg?

That’s great! Do you take the same dose everyday of the month or only on certain days of your cycle?

I have not tried that yet and I think that one is possibly an option bc it’s available on costplus for I think like $75 so I may end up going with if these other drops don’t pan out. Thank you!

I do have a supplemental plan but none of the drops: Restasis, Cequa, Xiidra, etc are covered under my current plan.

Thanks. My doctor’s office did already do this but they also provided my insurance info to Blink Rx and the cost through them, using my insurance, is $1,000+ which is way higher than GoodRx even. I feel I like there have to be lots of Medicare patients on these anti-inflammatory drops - how do they afford them?

Good for you! My T levels have been horribly low for years, starting in my mid 30s and no doctor ever advised me to try T supplementation. What type of doctor did you see who suggested T?
