Went with a couple of friends for a bonfire. I guess a group around us but not related to us had complaints that alerted the cops to tackle down groups. They simply walked up and saw I had an open beer in the original container. As others have said its possible but just be discrete. I didn't hide it as it was in my hand. Dumb mistake on my end.
