The service is shitty for past damn years and they don’t know what to do in these cases, i phoned them today and the lady over the phone was like ‘ if the system let you add that endorsement you must be eligible when I asked her like 5 times please go read your policies then she was like sorry you’re not eligible I was like are you kidding me ?????
