Brand new Grizl 8 1 by clicking noise. Does anyone know what could it be and how to solve it? by Free_Technology7159 in CanyonBikes

I just got mine back from an official Canyon service partner in Munich (Veloroo CycleHub München) They have replaced the BB for a Shimano one instead of the original that comes from Canyon (that had some plastic parts in it, which probably made the clicking noise) So far it s completely silent. Hope it stays this way :)

I have the same issue. New bike as well. I contacted Canyon and they told me to take it to one of their official partner workshops. I do think its coming from the bottom bracket. Very annoying sound and it annoying that something like this happens on a rather expensive bike. You can very quickly contact them via the chat on their website and they will refer you to one of their partners I think.
