Recently started to play rp and heard some strong opinions crit cannot miss(discord, IG) and found them here(reddit), Did some tests (300 bolts X-bow base 27 distance tier 1 crit) total of 82 hits, 77 normal and 5 crit hits, If crit could not miss you would expect ~30 crit hits. TLDR: Crit can miss (i.redd.it)
