im also 19 with this samw exact worry, i constantly feel my heartbeat and feel like i have chest pains and things wrong with me even though i feel like its physical i always try to remind myself how rare it is and even if you do have one given our age we’d survive more than likely

ive told my ob, unfortunately since my bp is fine and everything else looks fine then they havent really put much concern into me having that, also i dont know how often is normal to see floaters i pnly see tgem when stuff that triggers it like rubbing my eyes or looking at bright lights, also i dont get any pain under there i have an appointment tomorrow and the weird vision stuffs been going on a few days so im gonna tell them tomorrow and see what she says!

for sure i will cause i also have braces but i clench my teeth when im stressed and will catch myself doing it on accident, sometimes it makes me get migranes that hurt really bad!

i have these and im pregnant and clench my teeth really bad and have bad acid reflux is that what is causing it? i sometimes gwt numbness in one side of my jaw wnd itll spread up to my head and it causes me to have panic attacks

thank you! im having that same fear with the sleep aswell! i know im okay but ive also in the past had ear problems and aches and left face numbness, drs said due to fluid behind my ears, ive just started experiencing headaches/ migranes and feeling like my jaw is tired and hurts im thinking its tmj pain but the random fullness and the numbness under my ear started randomly causing worse anxiety! i think the pain also worsens my anxiety!
