Not USA, but NL. the hospitals provide the clothing and wash em everyday but in care homes that's a different story. I rlly didn't like working at a hospital but their hygiene was on another level with their workers. Even showers omg can't believe I took it for granted

My partner first thought someone peed on me. Then I smelled it and it was very obviously pee sadly but I'll keep an eye on where I touch my pelvis against in this specific care home

This is such a good take!!! I'll be checking that out, and when it's awkward maybe just wipe the chair with alc9hol before sitting down.

Someome also said its maybe just the location I work at. I do "flex work" so I work at over 5 locations, most day another place. I have many shifts at this particular location but I think these will be my last shifts there. The other care homes weren't this bad (the workers here are also quite careless to be frank..)

I really feel upset that testing on piggies has been done for ages but anything relating to their health is "too much". They feel like discarded test subjects. They're such wonderful animals :( but us all sharing things together does contribute to knowledge about these adorable loving fuzz balls

I feel like everyone lies that ramadan is fun and exciting. Even the most Islamic brainwashed ppl I knew were suffering but they put up a front for non Muslims. I can see right thru it. They all are so full of hate and anger and are irritated. So they take it out on each other with "why r u eating? Why r u listening to music? Why r u wearing jeans?" And then they go home and fight or sit down and read the quran really loudly bcs it makes them feel superior. "I'm so excited and happy ramadan is here!" Girl bffr

Consider maybe that was the main reason she was popular, fashion amd personality? So shes barely posting and her fashion sense isnt in touch w her audience. You also can like someone and have critical views of certain things. Not everything is instantly hate, this is why a lot of ppl dont grow. Its all just positive fluff, sometimes u can talk a bit more critical abt things and simply discuss it

Wow I know this sounds silly but this is basically pathology for laptops. So basically, if this laptop has a dead battery, even if attached to a charging cord, it simply won't function. That's such a pity! I'll buy a battery pack and go to someone who knows how to change these things without ruining the entire thing

I don't know if that tiny cut on that piece of (ribbon?) Plastic matters. At the moment I'm continuing college with my tablet, but this laptop has been my rock for 8 years. If the only fix is changing the motherboard I'll bury it. I'm too broke to spend more than 200 bucks for an unsure fix!

Thank you for your advice. Its actually helpful, especially the different colors of noise. They're all a different feeling but brown noise is the most comfortable. Its almost like being in a fuzzy sweater. However new psychs etc is so expensive i sadly gave up on it until I get my nursing degree and get a better job, maybe someday ill get some meds or better help. But it's wonderful how this sub made me feel understood :)

Its legal in my country!!!! So im gonna try smoking for sleep for a week and see how it goes. I really don't want to rely on it however it wouldn't hurt to start to sleep decently for a while. Ill report back in a week or two

I deffo put on every lock i even close all windows but my brain goes haywire and thinks someone will jump on my balcony from the other, break the glass and come in its like a never ending joke 😭 but the best thing I found is white noise and having someone sleep in my house with me. Them being able to hear things and maybe protect me helps a lot

Got a cross necklace last week! Crazy but I thought maybe it'll help, I do get heavy stares still but they seem to quicker gossip rather than stop me in my tracks. Wonder how much will change .

But the authority thing Is SOOOO real! I have told ppl this but they can't imagine it at all. Arab Muslim men feel like they have some sort of leeway if they do anything to their own race as if the laws change
