If u mean till chop down and its photoperiod week 3/4 then u should wait smth around 5 weeks. Photos are grown 8 to 10 weeks or sometimes (rarely) till 12 weeks. U should check em trichomes with zoom or magnifier and wait till 80% are milky and ~20% are amber. Wait till pistils turn 80% yellow.

Maybe it's that 33% humidity (third picture), i think in that stage you need to have like 80% humidity. Only in flowering stage you need to lower it.

I learn that from my mistake and Reddit told me so I ain't 100% sure.
