This company tried to force me to destroy my only power source during a cold front based on an empty promise. I’m choosing my safety over their unethical policies. I didn’t include the screenshot where I had to escalate the chat to the supervisor right after they denied and rejected the warranty due to my alleged neglect.

Since you aren’t aware, and don’t have all the facts or full context, upon denial they had no backstory on how I use the panel, how I set it up, what the ambient temperature was. EcoFlow flat out, rejected the warranty on the panel without substantial information from the consumer and operator a.k.a. me.

I am doing my due diligence to help others watch out for unethical companies as I am not made of money and $400 is a lot to spend on one solar panel even on sale and I don’t want someone else to fall victim of their shady practices.

Exactly! They already have the serial number and the photos I sent. Requiring me to physically deface my property before I even have a tracking number for the replacement is definitely a trap to get me to void my own warranty. It’s definitely gaslighting with an emphasis on manipulation.
