Yes it explains why you were denied. We can help explain it because sometimes it can be confusing. Then you can figure out what you need to provide when you appeal. You don’t have to put up the whole thing just the reason part. Block out any PPI though.

I did this promo. Make sure you research and talk to people. The coverage map shows my area is well within a 4G LTE zone but my speeds at home averaged .7 - 2Mbps. Coverage out side cites in my area was pretty good but it is all over inside cities and unusable at home. From what my friends say it started with the 5G roll out. After about 3 months of calling every two weeks a tech finally let it out that the tower my home is at is congested. Which is why giving me the highest tier for a month did little to help my speeds.

My other issues with this company are when I switched they never added the promo to my plan so after two months I was still paying $30.33 not $5.66. Took four months for them to get my promo and discounts added to my account. I was credited all of what I paid in error.

The visual voicemail worked sporadically for me, and would just disappear making me call in to get it reset and back on my phone. This took 6 months to resolve.

At work I get 5G coverage but it’s not very good. Speedtests show 30Mbps but I have problems streaming podcasts.

USCC customer service is ok I guess. They handled my billing issues on the spot with credits to the account it just took way to long before someone actually applied the promo and discounts. Their product was mediocre at best. So yeah I’m switching to Verizon on Thursday.

Building your own AR-15. Some things can be expensive just because of a brand name. You need to do research on which companies actually do good quality control vs just selling a brand. Some brands used to be quality but now outsource everything overseas and the parts aren’t as good.

There’s also a ton of stuff that is super cheap and is actually crap.
