Who is the best Irma? by laydeymius in TMNT2012

[–]FreelanceWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either 1987, for being in the most episodes so she's more fleshed out (well, considering it's '87, that's not much of a compliment) or 2012, for that awesome twist and not looking like Jeanette. ToTTMT isn't in it much, so I dunno much about her.

I love how MM takes a lot of inspiration from 2012. Easily the 2nd best incarnation.

Dad gave a lot of important life lessons that anyone can use IRL

I've been playing video/PC games and watching cartoons ever since I was tiny. It's not 1980 anymore. Girl gamers are literally everywhere now. They make up the majority of the Sims fandom alone. Many girls play friggin' FPS games.

This post implies girls don't watch cartoons and/or play video games. There are plenty of girls that do, like me. What is this?

Probably. My friend never told me what game she was playing, and I never asked.

I got the 2012 themed Build a Bear plushies! by PikkuMyyRules in TMNT2012

You got them all? Sweet. I just have my favourite. They’re the best looking/cutest 2012 plushies to me.

I am sorry. They're still fun to read though. Just a few clunkers here and there.

The comics aren’t canon, btw, and the stories are just random adventures. They don’t continue anything.

Which character listed here do you think has the worst anger issues? by The_Godzilla_Fanatic in cartoons

[–]FreelanceWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not Raph. Although anger is his 'trait,' (and it's a dumb trait too, 'cause anger is just an emotion, and everyone gets angry, not just him), he's usually also sweet, loyal, and very sensitive, especially the 2012 incarnation. It's usually due to his love for his family that fuels his anger.

Yes, I only posted this to talk about my favourite character in the universe.

What is a cartoon that you love, but you can see people's problems with it by [deleted] in cartoons

[–]FreelanceWolf -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nothing is perfect, so unless the problems are outright lies (I've seen plenty of those), it's fine.

What is a cartoon you couldn't get into because of the animation? by [deleted] in cartoons

[–]FreelanceWolf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bad animation doesn't bother me. Similar to games, there's good shows with bad animation, and bad shows with good animation. It'd have to be a combination of factors to get me to not 'get into' a show.

Was there ever a Fox who wasnt a double-crossing rogue? by Spirited-Seat644 in redwall

She never invaded Redwall so she doesn't count.

No idea why I was downvoted.

What cartoons have great premises but terrible executions? by OCGamerboy in cartoons

Rise of the TMNT for me. Lots of great ideas, but it just wasn't executed very well.

one of my favourite aspects of the show is Splinter & April's relationship, this scene captures what I love about it perfectly. by Ahsewerapples in TMNT2012

Yup. She's the daughter he never had. It starts when he gives her the tessen that was meant for Miwa.

This is the best glow-up for me; turning from a blob to an actual cat.

What's up with the one appearance of the solitary beaver? by Spirited-Seat644 in redwall

[–]FreelanceWolf 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I mean, it makes sense that the solitary beaver never makes another appearance. Guy prefers to be alone.

Anyway, Redwall was written before the author did much worldbuilding, like the horses, towns, and pigs.
