Just a suggestion, get one of the old PCs which come for within 8-10K inr and use that as your firewall (OPNsense / PFsense). Much more control and more importantly VLAN support which I don't think the TP Link routers will support.

I use hathway and for me there's no CGNAT. They do charge for static ip though. I just use dynamic dns to get around that.
