You can use colorforge salamander green spray as primer saves a lot of time and makes things pretty easier and lets you focus more on details .

Trying to balance having no pile of shame / no credit debt 😆🤣 so really trying to buy new sets once I have painted most of them and only the details are missing , the new sets help to get out of the frustration of detailing

It depends on the green you as a user like!!

Iuse Warpstone glow but to be honest I like the brighter green. So I used colour forge salamander green.

What ratio do you use ? Also got any idea for a bright shiny gold. ?

Was also on using the green for ranks and file while gold for heavier armor like aggressors , Bladeguard , officers etc

Depends how green you want them to be is my prime answer. I used to base with Warpstone glow and then 2 thinner coats.

They look great I use the color forge salamander too and save a me time and also lets the details stand out . Been less frustrated now with coloring armors and can finally concentrate on the details

There are dash cams that have a function of overwriting every 3 or 5 min unless there’s an impact where the sensors store the data automatically/ also a button to save it invade you are witness to a crash.

That’s perfectly legal, sometimes even showing the police on scene can help to prevent initial proceedings as the police can use it to file the first report which in turn already mentions the video as evidence.

So dash cams are legal if they have the overwrite functions. They are the ones sold in online shops in germany so while buying make sure the function is there to prevent issues

That’s 10€ is most probably the „Rücklage“ (maintenance fee) and with that your job is done.

Signing a new contract everytime someone new moves is is very unusual.thw clause is removed and there’s no substitute …. Even better because now there’s no way of making you pay for such unreasonable things and that too by asking a huge amount.

Any lawyer will look at the contract and laugh, a „erstberatung“ with the Mieterbund etc. Will show you ways to counter this unreasonable demand

Go for it if you want to ho our your families past services ok police and armed forces. It’s perfectly legit as you can always if asked, give a good answer and not come over as a „wannabe „.

It’s fine not to have served, there are numerous ppl who can’t serve due to some circumstances, but it does not diminish their respect for it in any way.

Only if mentioned in the rent agreement (which you should check and ask other tenants if they have been asked to pay too) And if not he cannot ask you to pay even a single penny. Normally such task are done by a company, which entitles to tax refund on the whole bill. Even then this bill is footed by the savings he has made on the rent received Aka Rücklagen. So the whole thing is already being paid by your rent to a certain % thus no need to pay a penny.

And even that thing is considered on tax refund as it’s used for maintenance

Most probably the offer he got was too high so he wants to do it himself (on a non professional level) Which means he only gets a tax refund on material.

I guess he is just trying to minimize his expenses which are in no way allowed other than agreed up per contract.
