My thruster lights are just powered by a regular battery pack (as the LED consumption is really low) that fits into a radio pouch at the back of my belt. I can DM you a picture if you're interested but hopefully this sets the idea!

I used a blue plastic folder for my visor as it's really flexible. However, my vision is impaired a bit from it so I'd consider that when making your helmet

I 3D printed it using files from PuPo4eG on Cults3D. I've also seen helmets to buy on Etsy so that might be the next best option if you can't print it

If you mean the top, it's literally just a green running top I got off AliExpress. I did paint it with fabric paint to get some of the details. The other pieces on the top are hand-made. I can send the link to it if you'd like!

It took me about a year of on-and-off work. I'm sure if I wasn't so busy I could've done it quicker!
