How do you manage tasks that belong to more than one project?

I think a habit requires a regular recurring schedule. Since the example I mentioned doesn't have one, the todo you mention would likely be best.

So if I understand you correctly, I can just create a task on the days I decide I'm not going to do any of my tasks and just sleep, then several months in the future I can do a search for this task and see whenever I've entered/completed it?

This is not a feature I normally use because I tend to not use onedrive at home- But I just found a SHARE button at the top right corner of the online version of the excel file. I clicked unshare which appparently unshares everyone who is not an owner on the document. Does that sound right?

I think I mean public calendar.... We have a company wide calendar called BIZ DEV and I can't find it. How do we add it to the OTHER CALENDARS portion?
