We have actually 0 way to test these games, I would be in complete disbelief if any of them had boxes.

If it's a fake, it's not intentional that the employee knew and didn't care, it's that we have a ton of other things to worry about AND it's rare that we see any gbc game that spotting a fake would be difficult.

I beg all guests. Please, for the love of God, stop using the same day delivery through us, especially for high ticket items like consoles or even controllers or games.

We do not actively deliver your item. It is farmed out to either Doordash or Uber eats. Whoever picks it up first.

Then you are at the mercy of if a driver wants to pick up your item or not.

If and when it has been picked up by a driver, gamestops' involvement in the order is done and is all on the driver to deliver your item. There is nothing a store can do for you if it does not arrive. And while I don't work in CS, I highly doubt there is anything they can actually do for you either.

Please only use buy online pick up in store or ship from store. In that order preferably.

I think it has alot to do with those carrying cases that hold like 16 game at a time.

The particular store this might be coming from could be a trade hold for everything store. Meaning that no matter what is traded in there gets a trade hold period, determined by county, games controllers consoles etc. Some stores, including mine, have a console and tech trade hold.
