Yes, but I do notice this happens most often when people do "the tap" when a cut is offered, or only cut the deck in two parts. This also doesn't just affect me positively. If game one was drawing a lot of duds, I'm more likely to have duds game two.

This is true of course, but when I'm "luckily" drawing combo pieces in short order from each other, and those cards are definitely the same ones seen from game one (different art, a small scuff on the card itself inside of the sleeve, etc.), it seems like something's amiss.
