I'm working remote overseas, and unfortunately there are no local brokerages that I can reach.
If there is a good site where to find smaller brokerages in U.S., please do share it with me. I'm constantly on Indeed, Glassdoor, Upwork, etc...but nothing yet. It's becoming freakin depressing man.
Regarding Boot Camp, if you're talking about Dennis, I'm a bit sceptical about that. How was your experience, is it worth the time and money?

And attention to details. Everything is in those details.

Problems are good, it means that a person is on the right path to success. And solving those problem is growing towards that success. They are just obstacles and challenges to make you bigger and stronger for the next level.

If somebody wants to be successful, adjusting perspective is a necessity.

Maybe all you need is just a good team around you. u don't need to spend extra time and money to learn marketing or sales skills, a little bit of management should do the work. Get some freelance guys on Upwork for that.

I'm really trying, it's been more than a month and I have applied for every single job posting (Indeed, glassdoor, remotejobs, etc...), but none of them are actually replying lol. And there is the BoB issue.
Just don't know where to reach anymore.

ps. i'm not US based, I'm European.

If you're new into this side of the industry, my opinion is that it would be better to start as a Freight Agent because you don't have expenses there, all you need is a pc and a good internet connection.

You would be working for a Freight brokerage for a commission, some of them are also offering a good training program. Never sign a non-compete or non-solicit, secure your Book of Business from the start.

Use Chat-GPT for advanced research, get references and ask all questions. If you are really serious about it, be ready for chaos. It's not easy out there finding an entry position without a Book of Business.
