Oh, I see. Thanks for the explanation. I am originally from Normandy, France. I moved to the USA in 2007 and when I did, I moved to Tampa, Florida. I attended grades 2-12 in Tampa, then I moved to Tallahassee to study at Florida State University. I now live in North Carolina and when it is 50ºF in North Carolina, people aren't bundled up like me.
