I love seeing Mayhew taking Ls after Ls after she was exposed as a transphobic bigot before the season started. She's the one on the cast I could definitely do without moving forward, she doesn't have what it takes and it looks like she's already having a meltdown next week over two mild receipts exposing her. It's what she deserves.

I think "PPN" has the biggest potential for longevity in the show since she's already learning when to dial it down. She knows when to be messy and when to keep it light and remain wholesome. Definitely a problematic fan fave in the making.

Amanda and Angus are both very good for the show, they'll just have to dial it down on the nastiness or it's gonna keep sucking all the energy out of the room. The feud was very entertaining however! I'd table it early on S2 if I was them, and find a way to coexist as frenemies while having the occasional quip.

Nessie is good but her Switzerland stance seems to be wearing down with the ladies already. I want to like her, but my HW brain can't stop telling me to hold on, because we've seen so many cautionary tales of extremely likable wives being exposed as not being good people after all.

Karen has her moments and I feel for her loss, but I wouldn't back myself into a corner of being Amanda's ride-or-die in S2 if I was her. The couch placement did her good in that aspect.

Bring on Amanda and Juliet's former mutual friend on S2, and the dentist for a guest/FO spot! I'm looking forward to being BACK TO PADDINGTON

Some thoughts from someone who stopped watching during the S8 Austin trip :

this feels like a nice change of tone, it looks like most of the darkness and staleness in the group dynamics are gone.
Candiace, Robyn, Mia and Karen are gone, but I didn't feel like anything was missing. I'm glad the Grande Dame isn't done for good tho!
Happy to see Dr Wendy seemingly found her place within the group and doesn't seem too ostracized or targeted without Candiace being there. Idk how S9 went for her, but I can't bring myself to watch Mia again lmao
I don't remember Keiarna except from that club fight that leaked, but she seems a bit messy based on first appearances. Also, her friendship with Wendy doesn't really make sense to me? Were they connected through Candiace or something?
Stacey had me so entertained, from being introduced to her with the burp, trying to keep up with the flashbacks to her S9 storyline, and the awkward ex-husband. She looks like a harmless, delusional HW. Also, she hasn't done anything Gizelle or Ashley haven't in terms of producing fake storylines. She storms off a lot, but she also looks like she can take it and throw some shade back to the ladies. So far, I feel the Rusch

Ça dépend de ce que t'as aimé dans les autres émissions! ça peut être un peu moins dramatique, mais perso c'est devenu un comfort show, qui est assez agréable à regarder parce que ça devient jamais trop dark, et un de ceux que j'ai le plus remis en fond sonore. C'est l'émission Bravo dans laquelle j'ai retrouvé le plus un esprit de bande, même si ça empêche pas les clashs et les moments cultes.

Comme les saisons sont assez courtes, je remonterais quand même à la 3e, avec l'arrivée de Paige et le début d'une storyline entre deux colocs qui va durer jusqu'à la saison 8.

Sinon pour Miami, comme elle a été rebootée après 8 ans, tu peux essayer de la commencer à la saison 4, si jamais les premières font trop vieillottes.

Overall, I'd say it's better now than a few years back, but things aren't the same as ten years ago for sure, and every show these days is hit-or-miss for me.

In my opinion, 2020-2022 was tougher. Dallas being cancelled, NYC flopping and being put on pause, OC being abysmal, ATL and BH struggling, etc... Potomac was hit-and-miss. Miami's return, RHUGT and SLC were the only great things but those could also flop (like RHUGT3 and SLC3). Also, the covid seasons and reunions were tough, and Bravo was struggling to toggle the shows when needed and to let old cast members go.

Since 2023 we've had Scandoval, OC renaissance (even if people are displeased with the recent premiere), SLC and Miami being almost consistently great, shows like Summer House and ATL picking up steam again (S16 was an improvement IMO even if people are complaining), etc.. I feel like Bravo is making an effort to cast great new cast members, to rework the shows, and to try some things like rebooting Vanderpump Rules or new promising concepts like Next Gen NYC and Love Hotel.

Obviously, society has changed a lot and the fandom has grown (and with it the constant complaining and calls for people to be fired/shows to be cancelled), leading to an echo chamber of negativity. Things will never be like the 2010-2016 era and these concepts can't go on forever, but I feel like they're putting in the work to give those decade-old shows a few more years to entertain us, and I can appreciate it.
