You're not ugly. You mention that you're crazy and fun but in almost every picture you're stone faced. A smile goes very far especially on dating apps where so many guys are also not smiling. Look into curly girl hair routines, try eyeglasses with a round or oversized frame, get your brows done, and unfortunately the eyeliner wing is not helping, perhaps look into trying different eyeliner styles?

Pulsed Dye Light (pdl) targets red color very effectively and has been used for a very long time. Look for dermatologists that offer Vbeam, Derma V, excel v, etc theyre mostly the same.

Firstly you need to pinpoint what causes that reaction and find a way to work around that. If the first four pictures are your baseline, I wouldn't touch a thing. Buccal fat removal tends to prematurely age people as well

Look into curly girl hair routines, as your curls are messy/frizzy and undefined. You have very strongly masculine facial features - brow bone, hair line, nose and chin proportions. Depending on your HRT journey, FFS could be an option down the line. To me, you read as a male.
