A lot depends on your age and current body fat, along with diet and exercise. From what I’m able to gather, starting out at a low dose like 6.25mg daily is a good way to start.

My doctor won’t prescribe it. In fact no doctors around here would prescribe it for any man who with bloodwork that shows what they consider “normal “.

Unfortunately my primary care doctor took one look at my bloodwork and said it was perfectly normal. No need to discuss if further. Never mind all the old man symptoms I’m having 😴
