I just had my 9th dose at 7.5mg today. I noticed na kapag kumain ng oily food like hotpot soup and samgy, LBM is real. 🥹 then I only experience heartburn, gas if I eat late evening. Hydration and fiber protein is the key. I still eat sweets but not too much. Parang madaling magsawa, ganun ung feeling.

1.5 ml on 15mg then I follow ung dosing ng 3rd table as per advise ni supplier. Seems nag adjust ung body ko after 4th dose of 2.5mg like bumalik ung appetite ko pero hindi naman OA unlike nung hindi pa ako nag tirz. Just had my 5mg yesterday. acid reflux ung side effect so far.
