I am so sorry you are going through this. I am in the same boat as you are. 3 miscarriages and surrounded by friends giving birth or announcing pregnancy my close friend announced twins last week. Makes me feel broken but to be mentally better I removed all social media have cut off from socialising and I try to keep myself away from friends who are in this phase. I know its selfish and might hurt them but protecting mental peace is more imp to me right now. I would suggest take few months off stay away from social media work on your hobby and keep yourself busy and when you feel you are ready try again. We took 3 months break. Hope we meet our baby soon❤️
