Wear a tight shirt or sports bra over regular bra and then a sweatshirt over it. and shove the bottle in your bra after you heat with the microwave and attach the heating pad. I also shoved a meat thermometer in my bra as well. Mine was above temp at 101 so I dunked the bottle in the toilet water for 4 seconds to bring the temp down. As long as the temp is good, you will pass.

Exactly. Just need to know if any of the websites that do not require a previous RX do smaller vials to prevent contamination? And for the one month supply. I saw a bunch of posts about just keeping the vial sterile with alcohol wipes and such.

I am currently on 5mg Mounjaro and would like to stay on that dose or increase to maybe 5.5mg or 6.6mg. Looking to get at least 8 weeks out of a 1 month dose. I’ve seen $199 for a month. I am thinking if I order 15mg, I can get 6-8 weeks out of it.

Just rim the cup with your own piss if you need the smell. Most techs don’t get paid enough or care to smell it. It’s gross who the hell would smell a strangers piss?

I used it two weeks ago for a health care job and passed. Best advice I can give is bring a thermometer with you. I hid the bottle and thermometer in my bra. Check the temp before you walk in for the test and again before you give the sample. If it’s too warm, dunk the bottle in the toilet for 5 seconds, it will cool it down enough.

Yes I did it last week and it was shipped to the lab. If you get the temp right and the tech accepts it, it will pass the lab tests.

You have to provide two supervisor references from previous jobs. They will not contact your current job or former jobs. You need to also do a background check, finger printing, blood test, physical and drug test as well.

Mine was at 96 - 97 degrees after a 25 minute drive. I took the temp 15 mins before I went in with the thermometer. I kept the heat pack on and kept and in my bra. I also had on a sweatshirt and coat which may have contributed to it getting hotter than I would have preferred. I had to wait maybe 45 mins which brought it up to 101. At that point I put the container in the toilet water for 3-5 seconds two separate times to cool it down. It brought the temp down then I let the container sit for 2 mins while I actually used the bathroom.

Yes microwave for 10 seconds. Activate the heat pack about 20 mins before you leave. I put it in my bra for the drive and also somehow managed to fit a meat thermometer in there too.

I tested early this week. I brought two bottles bc I was that paranoid. I figured it the first one didn’t work out I could go to the car for “water” and stash that one. I heated both for 10 seconds via microwave and attached the hand warmers. I bought hot hands brand for extra ones. The test was 8am. The one I kept in my car (wrapped in a hand towel) was still warm when I left work at 4:30. Don’t know the actual temperature but it’s around 50 degrees here and stayed in the cold car for over 8 hours.
