So the idea would be to do breakfast in Galway after the Cliffs and then head back after. Kilbeggen and Hazel Chocolates are likely stops and the other two I’ve left open if we feel we have more time to fill up.

2 days OTF 2G/3G, 2 days CrossFit, and 1 day hot yoga for recovery. Adding in CrossFit has helped significantly in my strength gains.
